Inconel 800 Chemical Composition
Inconel 800 is a nickel-chromium alloy that is widely used in high-temperature applications due to its impressive strength & corrosion resistance. Physical and Mechanical Properties of Inconel 800

Heat Treatment of Inconel 800
INCOLOY® 800 series of alloys are typically subjected to Annealing and Solutionizing processes – two heat treatment techniques that help enhance the mechanical properties of metals. In the case of Incoloy 800, these processes improve the alloy’s strength & resistance to high-temperature corrosion by removing internal stresses and refining its microstructure.
